Flowers in Jamaica

I don't know the names of most of these flowers. If anyone wants to give them names in the comments area of this blog, feel free. What I do recognize is that some of these are houseplants that we nurture and talk to and fuss over here in Minnesota.


This is a hibiscus and the resort was loaded with them.


This is a "Wandering Jew"




Croton grows practically wild (it may be wild for all I know) everywhere. It's the tall red plant behind the palm. Look closely at the row of plants near the bottom of the photo. Then look at the next photo.
